I've been searching all night to find a youtube mp4 converter or downloader similar to limewire or youddl.com however I want the recommended site to fit all (or most) of this critera.

-converts to mp4 (i have a ipod touch)
-has positive reviews (i'll be checking)

I don't know about absolutely free program, personally I use Flash to Video Encoder PRO for converting downloaded flv video files from youtube to mp4 or other video format.
In the beginning I used trial version which has no time limitation for using and testing. You can try it too.

Best youtube downloader ive tried is called save2pc lite. Its realy good
i use a a program from the DVD Video Soft Suite haven't had any troubles what so ever with it
