Apart from Download resuming it also supports downloading a video from video sites like You tube and others. It can also copy the whole website to your computer using its HTML spider.

As much as I hate Download Managers, Internet Download Manager is the best one I have found so far. There is no Spyware packaged with it, and it's free.
