Any site offering such a service is illegal, will give you poor quality music and viruses that will ruin your pc and whatever you add the music too.

Don't get frostwire. It's illegal and full of viruses. I am 100% sure Pandora allows downloads, but you have a limit (I think). It's good quality too. If youabsolutely free music downloads decide on using Pandora, I would get as much music as possible because they might shut down soon
