I know how to backup from Outlook but this creates a pst file.
Unfortunately a pst file cannot be imported into Windows Live Maipst windows live maill
How can I move the content of my Outlook account to Windows Live Mail?
I'd stick to outlook, much better, 'stick to what you knpst windows live mailow' if you get the chance, get Apple's version of Mail, it's awesome.
Ditch them both and use Thunderbird
